Cancellation Before Promotion Starts

You may request cancellation before BackerGlow begins campaign review, scheduling, newsletter placement, website placement, or other package delivery work. To request cancellation, email hi@backerglow.com with your order number and campaign URL.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary by payment provider. Payment processing, bank, or platform fees may be deducted where applicable.

1:1 Return Guarantee for Eligible Packages

Some BackerGlow promotion packages include an eligible 1:1 return guarantee. This guarantee applies only when the package page or checkout offer explicitly states that the package is eligible.

If eligible tracked return from the promotion is below the package fee during the agreed tracking window, BackerGlow may provide a refund or additional promotion credit for the difference, according to the package terms and reviewed campaign data.

How Tracked Return Is Evaluated

  • Tracked return may include verifiable pledge, order, or campaign revenue that can reasonably be attributed to the BackerGlow promotion through agreed tracking links, referral data, platform analytics, or campaign reporting.
  • Cancelled pledges, refunded orders, unverifiable revenue, unrelated organic traffic, and activity outside the agreed tracking window may be excluded.
  • Customers may be asked to provide campaign analytics, platform screenshots, referral reports, or other reasonable evidence for verification.

Important Limitations

No promotion service can guarantee that a crowdfunding campaign will be fully funded. BackerGlow's guarantee is limited to eligible tracked return or additional promotion credit under the stated package terms, not to the total funding outcome of a campaign.

Refund eligibility may be affected if the campaign page is materially changed after review, tracking links are removed or altered, required campaign data is unavailable, the campaign is suspended or cancelled, or the submitted product/category is materially different from what was reviewed.
