Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason. To exercise this right, inform us via a clear statement by emailing hi@backerglow.com. Upon receiving your cancellation, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method, deducting an 8% refund fee due to bank charges.

Compensation Refund Policy

For services to be eligible for a refund, ensure that the service did not achieve a return of at least 1:1. For example, if you pay $699 for a package and only get $300 back, we will refund the $399 difference.
