Digital Service Delivery
BackerGlow provides digital crowdfunding promotion services for Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and pre-launch campaign pages. Our services do not include physical products, parcels, freight, or postal delivery.
No Physical Shipping
No shipping fee is charged for BackerGlow promotion packages. Because the service is delivered digitally through campaign review, scheduling, newsletter placement, website visibility, and related promotion support, there is no tracking number or physical delivery address required.
After Purchase
- Order confirmation: Customers receive a Shopify order confirmation by email after checkout.
- Campaign review: The BackerGlow team reviews the submitted campaign URL, product category, launch timing, and available creative assets before scheduling promotion.
- Scheduling: Promotion timing depends on package selection, campaign readiness, newsletter availability, and launch window. If required campaign information is missing, scheduling may be delayed until the customer provides the necessary details.
- Delivery channel: Service updates, review notes, and scheduling communication are handled by email or the contact information provided during checkout or campaign submission.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate campaign URL, launch date, platform information, project category, campaign assets, and any tracking links or campaign data needed to review performance.
